Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before departure. The refund will be 70%-90% of the ticket price, with the remaining amount returned to you (the exact refund amount will be subject to the actual refund amount from the station).
Please note that tickets for trains that have already departed cannot be refunded or changed.
